So day four I didn’t see much I checked out Mass Effect 3, Assassins Creed Revelations and also Skyrim. The reason being I was in the queue for Assassins Creed Revelations for 5 hours! That was so long I really appreciate the 2 hour Batman queue. So in Assassins Creed we saw a demo which looked pretty cool but then we got to try out multi-player and well I wasn’t really impressed by that. So mixed reviews for Assassins Creed Revelations but to be perfectly honest multi-player isn’t really an issue for me. So in terms of the single player campaign it looked okay. I haven’t played the Assassins Creed games but I’ve always wanted too. We watched a trailer for Mass Effect 3 and got to play a bit of the game and it was cool. Like it’s totally not my sort of game but I appreciate it as a game. I can see why it’s so good and why people enjoy it. But I doubt I’ll be playing the series anytime soon. And lastly I watched some in game footage of Skyrim and that looked really cool. Like my sisters really into those games and it’s fun watching her play them so I imagine I’ll watch her play Skyrim. So that was Day four not a lot too it really but oh well I got to check out some games I wouldn’t really look at like Mass Effect 3.
So Day five was my last day at Gamescom and I managed to get a look at Zelda Skyward Sword, Gotham City imposters and Rage and Prey 2. So I checked out Zelda Skyward Sword first thing in the morning and well lets just say the only way I can play Zelda is with a guide plus I didn’t really like the controls. Then again it was the first time playing Zelda on the wii so maybe after time you would become adjusted to the controls. So yeah I didn’t enjoy playing Zelda but I imagine its a really good game, I just needed time to get used to the controls. Next I got to see a demo for Prey 2 and that actually looked quite interesting, it looked like a hard game but I was really intrigued by that game. Then we got to play Rage and it just reminded me of Borderlands, it looked really dull long and boring I wasn’t interested in that game.
Then I also got to check out Gotham City imposters, we played a couple of matches of that and I was really excited by that. I’m not usually into online games because well there online. But I would actually get that too be honest. It was a lot of fun and I was really excited when I was playing it. So from the looks of things the most exciting games I got too see at Gamescom were both Batman games. So I was really surprised by Gamescom, I got to see some games I didn’t know anything about and I also found some games that I want to play. So Gamescom was really cool heres hoping I get to go next year.
